1965 Chevrolet Corvair Monza

This is a 1965 Chevrolet Corvair. The Corvair is the only American air cooled rear mounted engine ever produced for the market. We have had the car for 8 years and have slowly restored it to its present condition. Most of the car is original except the transmission has been replaced with a rebuilt from Clark's Corvair in Western Ma and the floor has been replaced with a fiberglass one. We have done quite a bit of work to the car since we have owned it and had it painted in the original color about 5 years ago. The top is original and it's condition is amazing. The car is reliable and runs fine. It is a great cruiser and gets attention anywhere you take it. Most young people have never seen one.
