Description:

1969 Chevrolet Corvette

This is a very nice and incredibly well running 69 Corvette. It sounds and runs amazingly well and is a joy to drive. The interior has been completely restored to like new condition. All gauges and lights work. The radio does not work (there are no speakers, so I'm not 100% sure of this. It does light up when turned on).
The astro-ventilation works. The headlights and wiper door work as they should. The fiber optics work, but some are disconnected at the source or cut somewhere in the harness (I have not got to tracking them down yet).
If you would like see the youtube video to hear it run and see the functioning gauges, lights, etc., please message me and I will try to get the link to you. Ebay no longer permits outside links in its description area.
The odometer shows almost 43000 miles. I have no idea what the actual mileage is. When I got the car the speedometer did not work, so I sent it off for repairs and left the mileage at what it said.
The Rochester carb is a period correct service replacement. It is "tuned by Lars". If you don't know what this means, look at the info on Lars Grimsrud on google or wikipedia.
Nothing has been done to the the front end of the car (steering/suspension). As far as I know it is still original.
The car needs to be painted. There are chips, scratches and someone in it's life spilled gas all over the back and ruined the paint. But it is the wrong color anyway. It was originally Riverside Gold. It was my intention to repaint it it's original color.
It needs a new soft top. It looks, ok, but has some bad areas and is dried out and just needs to be replaced.
The car comes with a hard top.
As you can tell, the car has an incorrect L88 hood on it. I have an original 69 hood that goes with it, but it needs to be painted when the rest of the car gets painted.
This is an original side pipe car. Of all C3 Vettes, only 4355 were originally side pipe cars. I found the N14 code in grease pencil written under the carpet by people at the factory.
This Vette is an L46 option car. This means it has the 350ci engine with 350HP. To me, this is the perfect combination. The motor is still light enough to be nimble, but has extra punch.
The car does not have power brakes, power steering or air conditioning.
It has a numbers matching motor. The Muncie 4 speed transmission is correct, but is not numbers matching.
If you have any other questions or would like other pictures please message me. Any shipping details must be handled by the buyer. I will only accept cash in person or funds wired to my bank before the car can be picked up.

The underside of car is solid with only minor surface rust. I can send you pictures if you request them. The windshield and trim have been removed and birdcage inspected/repaired and coated with POR15. There was only minor rust to start with.
