Description:

1956 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

Offered for sale is this 1956 Chevrolet 210, 2 door sedan. This car began and spent most of its life in California before making its way to a collector in Arizona, where I purchased the car a little over 5 years ago. It has the 6 cylinder engine with a 3-speed manual on the column. Car runs, drives, and stops. Interior is shot. Needs new tires. Original body color is a turquois color as you can see in photos of the trunk and engine compartment. At some point in its life, the exterior was lightly dusted with some light silver-blue metallic lacquer, probably 40-50 years ago. The body is super-clean, straight, and rust-free as you would expect a California/Arizona car to be. Only one issue I see is a rust spot on the passenger side front floor pan (see next to last photo). The only explanation I can come up with for this is it must have had a bad heater core that leaked under the rubber floor mat here. Regardless, a pretty easy fix. The rest of the floors, trunk floor, doors, everything else is rust-free and solid from what I see. This is a great car, and you don't find them like this anymore. Would be a great candidate for easy restoration, but the body is so nice you may want to leave it alone and keep the survivor look.
Car is located in Fortville, IN just east of Indianapolis. Old Certificate of Ownership from California, but nothing current. Sold on bill of sale. I do not know exact milage.
If you have any questions about the car, please contact Eric at 3176988300. I do not text, so either message me through ebay or call. Not interested in any trades. Thanks.
