1962 Chevrolet Corvair 2-door

1962 Chevrolet Corvair Monza Car, I purchased the car in 2010 form the old lady who was the original first hand owner form 1962, I have a copy of her old registration. Car has a black license plate. We changed the floor mats, gas tank (complete with about 10 other parts which was necessary to change with thegas tank, interior cover, added four seat belts, changed the transmission and differential (at Leon's Transmission in Reseda in 2012). There are a lot of parts and pieces purchased from Clark's Corvair in Massachusetts, most of the parts we purchased are original from Corvair Clarks or other places which we have all of the invoices and documents. Car is 80-90% restored, clean title, and has a 2016 tag on the license plate, we have been reported as non-op because we're not able to drive it and take care of it anymore. The car leaks transmission when it is not driving, like other corvairs that have cork washers as well. Old car needs to be driven not to sit in the corner. Dashboard has only one crack, in excellent condition. We believethe car has been painted once many years ago.One of the engine rods needs to be changed - sometimes in the beginning of the start makes some clicking noise but goes away shortly. Brakes have been restored in 2010, and now makes noise, so it needs to be fixed or maybe new parts. Car had a small accident on the right side door which has filler which needssome work and paint. Original radio works, and electronic systems mostly restored. Front trunk has a white polka dot colors inside original - never been painted. Brake pump is new. Spare tire needs to be installed, we lost the two screws for the metal stand. Driver side mirror is Chevy, other passengerside hasn'tbeen installed but I will give it with the car. I will providesall of the paperwork for the parts - over 50-60 parts we've changed for this car. Car hasn'tbeen started in a couple of months. Both carboratorsbeen fixed and restored in Woodman Carborator in San Fernando Valley. You are welcome to come and see the car with an appointment. Deposit is $500 (nonrefundable whatsoever). The rest of the payment has to be cash or money order check (no paypal). No fixing or checking or trying or testing part changing at the premise, afterpaying the deposit and purchasingthe car.
