1986 Chevrolet Blazer Military M1009

1986 Chevy Blazer M1009 painted in 12.5 gallons of truck bed liner. Thick and tough, been painted for over 6 years. Garage keep. Low Mileage truck to start with around 45k from the military. The original drive train has been removed in place of a Cummins 24v drive line from a 2000 1 ton dodge truck. The engine, transmission, transfer case, and wiring harness were donated from that truck. Chevy harness has been completely removed.

Front Axle has had all the seals replaced and outer bearings. This is a Dana 60 high pinion axle from a 79' Ford f-350 with 4.10 gears. Very desirable axle and hard to find. Axle shafts had new u-joints installed too. Differential has a posi unit and new Warn locking hubs.
Rear Axle is from a late 90's Dodge truck. Its a Dana 70 which has been rebuilt with new seals and bearings. Matching 4.10 gears. Dana power lock differential.
Transmission is the stock dodge 47re unit. It shifts great with no known issues. New transmission fluid installed with extra deep drain pan.
Transfer case is also the stock dodge np241hd.
Engine is completely stock with an Edge tuner on it. It got a new oil pan and gasket when swapped in. Stock turbo and intercooler. Electric cooling fans are installed between the radiator and intercooler. Controlled by Temp of the water or via manual switch. Just installed 2 brand new Deka batteries. 4" down tube off the turbo runs straight out past the rear wheels on the passenger side.
Suspension lift is a 3/4 ton Rough County all spring and no blocks. New Shocks and brake lines too. I have a cross over steering kit not installed to go with the truck. Tons of parts from Offroad Design.
Brakes are 2 piston calipers up front and big drums out back. The emergency brake works.
