This vehicle had previously been used as an Emergency Management Vehicle in Murray County and has mainly been stored inside.
This vehicle does run and drive, but is being sold “as-is, where-is”. As you can see in the photos there are some cosmetic defects. The vehicle should be inspected for any specific mechanical defects so there may be repairs needed to make the vehicle safe to drive. Any property in the vehicle at the time of sale becomes the property of the buyer.

INSPECTIONS: The bidder is invited, urged, and cautioned to inspect the property prior to submitting a bid. To the best of our knowledge, all identified deficiencies and mechanical problems are included in the listing. Repairs may be required. Property may be viewed between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, excluding holidays, through the Murray County Sheriff's Office. PAYMENT: The winning bid shall be considered an agreement to buy and is final. Payment in full is due no later than 10 business days from the time and date of the auction closing. Acceptable forms of payment made via the Murray County Auditor-Treasurer's office are:

Please consider these costs when submitting your bid. Property Removal Unless otherwise permitted, the high bidder shall remove the property only during normal business hours.
This vehicle was purchased in 1985 by Murray County and was initially used as a utility truck within the Highway Department and then used as a Emergency Management Vehicle. The County has clear title to this vehicle so a Minnesota title will be transferred to the buyer at time of payment and pick up.
All items must be removed within 10 business days from the time and date of auction closing. Vehicles will be released only upon receipt of payment. The purchaser is responsible for transportation to and from the County Fleet management lot. The purchaser pays for all transportation costs. The County is not responsible for and will not make any removal and/or transportation arrangements. These arrangements are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser is responsible for loading and removal of any and all property awarded to them. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including loading and transportation of the property. Under no circumstances will Murray County employees assume responsibility for packing, loading or shipping. Property may be removed between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday, excluding legal holidays.
