1969 Chevrolet Camaro Super Yenko

1969 Chevrolet Camaro 'SYC' Super Yenko Chevrolet
Don Yenko was a visionary who saw a need for an ultra powerful Camaro because GM put a limit of 400cu in on Camaro builds. The rule put the Camaro at a disadvantage to the Ford Mustang, Plymouth Baracuda and Dodge Dart. Under his personal supervision at his Chevrolet Dealership the high powered YENKO Camaro was born with the powerhouse 427 cu in vette motor.
Our tribute (SYC) vehicle carries on the tradition of a high quality build with the brute power offered by the 427 cu in monster. This is a true 69 Vette motor with a 4 bolt main and for your ease of driving has been custom mated to a new 700R overdrive bowtie transmission with a 12 bolt 3:73 posi rear.
This combination screams power.
Continuing authenticity a Stinger' style hood also featured on the big block '67 Corvette was installed . Front and rear spoilers retain the original Yenko style and Mickey Thompson mags deliver the original look.
Power steering and power front disc brakes help tame this beast.
Interior is well appointed with upgraded 140 speedo and 8k Tach. Finish of the exterior including trunk and under the hood was meticulously done and trimmed with side and hood striping and appropriate badges.
With less than 3000 miles on restoration and everything New or Rebuilt this is the one to own! I have personally driven all kinds of Muscle Cars, Race Cars, and Exotic Supercars... I can honestly tell you that this Yenko Camaro is as angry and faster than most. Very surprised with quality of build and extremely pleased with the performance it puts out. Big Block Camaros Rule!
Add a 427ci Big Block Monster, Yenko looks, and you have a bonafide winner that anyone would be proud to own!
TAKE NOTE THAT THIS CAMARO LOOKS AS GOOD UNDERNEATH AS IT DOES ON TOP!
EXTREMELY SOLID AND WELL BUILT MACHINE!
