WATCH MY YOUTUBE VIDEO OF THE 66 C10http://youtu.be/Wf2uBhWgikYSelling my 1966 Chevrolet c10 pickup with a 350 chevy small block. I've had this truck for over a year now and have been working on it almost every day since. The owner before me took the body off the frame and blasted and painted the whole frame painted the truck back to Cardinal red factory specs about 2 years ago (paint job is not show quality there's some scratches and chips but still looks awesome) He also put a new chrome bumper on the rear. Front bumper is still in great shape and very shiny but there are signs of surface rust on the bottom of the grill.
Since I've had the truck I've put a brand new 700r4 overdrive transmission in it new holley carb 750cfm new Chevrolet valve covers new alternator and power steering belts new fuel line between pump and carb new flowtech long headers BRAND NEW black coated smoothie wheels with Coker Classic wide whitewalls all new header short plugs and wires new ignition cylinder to match driver door lock key new radio with antenna new front 2" drop springs and new rear 4" drop springs LED tail lights new fuel sending unit painted to dash panel white and have done a bunch of wiring clean up (hard wired the firewall line between plugs so the truck will never die due to coming unplugged) Really really straight body with surface rust under the floor pans (not actual cancer rust) and small amount of surface rust under the inside bottom of doors and driver side fender (once again it's not cancer just surface) Rocker panels are all rust free. This truck is super clean. The motor has a leaky timing chain cover all it needs is a new gasket. Never gets over 190degrees.
The owner before me like I said blasted and painted the frame repainted the truck put a new seat cover on lots of new bolts around the whole truck new wood bed with strips new tailgate latches and a lot more.
I drive this truck every single day (except when there's snow on the ground or road salt) other than that I drive it 22+ miles every day and don't have issues with it. It's a daily driver show truck or weekend cruiser. The rear end I believe is 411 gears so it is a stoplight bandit when you take off hard. This truck will run and it sounds awesome with the headers and the dual flow masters. I WILL THROW IN A SET OF TWO GLASSPACK MUFFLERS A 7" BRAKE BOOSTER AND THE OTHER MATCHING CHEVROLET ALUMINUM VALVE COVER!
