For auction is one (1) 1964, Chevrolet Impala SS, 2 DR Hardtop Coupe, 6 CYL., white exterior/red interior with 33,889 original miles. This vehicle is one (1)of ONLY 1998, Chevrolet Impala SS, 2 dr., hardtop coupesbuilt with a(original) 230 cid/140hp 1 bbl carburetor motor. The total number of 1964 Chevrolet Impala's produced in 1964 were 185,325. Therefore, this Impala SS is a rare vehicle due to the low numbers produced. Additional manufacturers information is as follows,Curb Weight 3325 lb.Vehicle Length 209.9 in.Wheel Base 119 in.This vehicle was originally purchased new by a middle age womenin 1964 and driven until 1985. The original owner passed away and the vehicle was subsequently stored for 31 years hence the low original miles. All of the original sheet metal still resides on the vehicle. However, the left body mount has been replaced as well as a section of the left rear frame from just to the left of the aforementioned body mountto the rear cross member. In addition, the front windshield has a vertical crack (center) and the right front light trim is damaged. Also, the rear package tray as well as the plastic covers on the rear interior lights need to be replaced. Theinterior rugand the small sections of carpet below each door panel should be replaced. The vehicle still retains 14" rims, one of which has a small dent on it's perimeter, and the tires are fair to good. Also, the usual SURFACErust "spots" are evidentbelow the stainless of therear window at the top of each rear quarter as well as just below the stainless (side windows) on each door. There is alsoSURFACE rust on the left rear quarter above the left rear tire. Finally, the two (2) front arm rests are in need of repair.
