Up for sale is one, gorgeous, ground up restored 1970 Chevy Nova Yenko tribute. It sports a GM 1969 427 big block motor, rebuilt with less than 10k miles. It's built with Comp internals producing 450 HP. Solid lift cam, dome top pistons, comp cams, valve train, roller rockers, double roller chain and so on. 11:1 compression which runs beautifully on pump gas 91 octane. The engine bay is close to show quality, super clean. The engine bay parts were powder coated such as the inner fender wells, radiator core support, fan shroud and battery tray. The 427 is backed by a rebuilt Muncie 4 speed. The body and paint is absolutely stunning. When the body was done 4 years ago, all the panels were removed and things such as door handles and door catches were removed for paint. It was done right and it shows. There is NO rust, NO blisters and NO rot anywhere on this car. It has one tiny paint chip near the front driver side marker about the size of a pinky finger nail. It has been touched up, other than that NO scratches, dings, scrapes or chips. It is straight as an arrow and all the body lines are perfect. It has all its original body panels except the fiberglass cowl hood and a new trunk pan. Paint is in excellent shape, laid super flat, no orange peel with a great shine. Painted in GM "Butternut". This car is all metal and NOT a bondo bucket. The underneath of the car is beautiful, solid and rust free, nice and painted with no rust or scaling. The frame and floors are in perfect shape, trunk is perfect and clean with a nice spatter paint. It comes equipped with power steering and power disk brakes. The car has been gone through from front to back and has a clean bill of health. Everything works as it should and all mechanicals are 100%. The speedo works but is wonky as it floats a little, other than that its all good. It runs and drives like brand new, it goes straight down the road with no pulling no vibrations and no weird noises. This car is an ANIMAL and pulls like a freight train, very fast and loud car. This Nova will eat anything on the street. The exhaust sounds AMAZING with a nice moderately lumpy idle. The wheels are brand new (20inch in the rear and 18inch in front) and the rubber is like new with about 95% tread left. All the chrome and stainless are in new condition. All the weather striping is also in new condition (all window seals upper and lower, door seals, trunk seal and cowl seal was all new when restored and still perfect). The interior is gorgeous, all of it was new 4 years ago. I would call the interior a 9.8 out of a 10. All the glass is very nice, no issues there. The motor was rebuilt 4 years ago with under 10k miles. The car starts right up no problem and is very very healthy, it runs super cool even on hot days while sitting in traffic. It has a few goodies under the hood, ceramic coated headers, MSD pro-billet ignition, 6AL box, 750carb, aluminum radiator and so on. The rear end is a posi Chevy 10 bolt with 3:55 gears. No smoke, no ticks or knocks, no weird noises, no leaks what so ever. The brakes work perfect and have plenty of life left. The car goes straight down the road and the front end is tight. If you hit the brakes you stop straight and it doesn't pull you to the right or left. This Nova was totally rebuilt 4 years ago. It was owned by a mechanic who took very good care of the car. Is a very nicely done tribute and is an absolute blast to drive. If the Yenko stickers are not your thing, they can be removed as its just a vinyl sticker. If you want a nice clean car, look no further, you will be hard pressed to find a better deal for this much car. 207-400-5326
