1955 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

This is a 1955 Chevy Bel Air. Original colors were Coral and Grey. I was starting to restore this car but then needed to move and won't be taking it with me so I'm selling it.
The doors, fenders, and trunk are stripped down to bare metal. I did some work on the bottom edges of the doors. There were rust holes at the bottoms so I replaced the metal. I'm not entirely happy with how that turned out. The pieces that I made fit nicely when I fabricated them but things warped a bit when I welded them in. I smoothed things out with lead. The body is in pretty good shape. The only places where I know that it isn't is along the side edges of the front windshield there is a lot of rust. Also, on the back left fin there is a dent that looks patched over. I didn't get to stripping that down since I wanted to strip that just before painting it. Overall, this car is in a lot better condition than other cars that I have seen on eBay that also need to be restored.
This is a complete car. All body panels, glass, trim, seats, etc are there. The engine is most likely no good. It is seized. I took it mostly apart to see if I could free it but didn't have luck. There still might be hope though I didn't take it completely apart and out of the car. It is a 283 from a 57 Chevy. The transmission is not original. I don't know what type it is. It is a 3-speed manual with a stick that is on the floor. There is also a second gearbox that is electrically actuated. I don't know if it is an overdrive or puts it into low gear. The engine ran when I bought this 20 years ago. I remember the gearing being really low so maybe it is an electrically actuated low gear. It was never connected electrically so I just don't know.
So how did the engine seize if I bought it in working order? I used to live in Pennsylvania (where I bought it) but moved to California. I ended up garaging it at my parents' house in Pennsylvania for about 15 years. At some point a seal broke down and coolant got into a couple of the cylinders.
The front seat moves forward and backward using a motor and the windows are power windows.
