An older gentleman was sadly found murdered in his house. He had no survivingrelativesin California. A cousin, who hasn't seen him for 50 years, was located in another state. The cousin was quite old himself and overwhelmed when he arrived in CA. This beautiful 57' Chevy fuel injected original paint car sat in the garage for over 35 years. Sitting in the basement of the house was an old Porsche 911 which required taking down the wall and cutting down trees on the property. Also, an old DKW motorcycle was hidden inside a closet and a few other old classic cars on the property.

This was a total hoarder house. When the trunks of the old cars were opened there was almost 6,000 pounds of silver bars in the cars worth around 1.2 million dollars, which the cousin got. I was lucky enough to secure the cars and this 57 Chevy is one of them. It comes with hand written detailed notes describing the entire history of thecar including repairs, parts that were purchased and dates. The car has original paint and isvery solid. It's a non matching numbers engine. The original engine was changed in 1972 due to a bad connecting rod. There are receipts from the GM dealer to verify the new engine block was ordered in 1972. It has a 4 speed muncie transmission. The seats are in good shape. The headliner needs to be replaced but it's a very solid car to start with. This car is being advertised locally so I could pull ad off anytime
