Paperwork, this was purchased from a relative it was sitting in a barn for over 20 years not used. I have the paperwork from the DMV 2016 new processed and paid the taxes for a car no longer in the system in any state not in the computer any longer. We have a DMV paper with the complete information filled out and completed to obtain a new title as soon as it is running. When it is completed you just take this paper in with the temporary permit they issued to drive it in. They check the brake lights and issue a final new title to you. That is all you need to do.
