1959 Chevrolet Impala

1959 Chevrolet Impala2 Door Hardtop
.
This car is being re-listed as the last bidder did not pay.Previous auction #152168373708 last sale price $6,300.00
This Impala has been in the back corner of my shop for years its time to admit I'm never going to get to it and let it go to a new home.
Mechanical:This Impala is a factory 6 cylinder car with an automatic, I have no idea of the condition of the motor ortransmissionas I have made noattemptsto start it. If I had gone forward with the restoration this is not the engine I would have chosen. The car rolls and steers and that is really all I can tell you about the mechanical condition.
Interior:The interior is complete including seats, door panels, rear arm rests and chrome trim, but it needs to becompletelyredone..
Body:The floors are bad as is the trunk floor, it needs lower 1/4 panels and rockers and work on the front fenders. Theglassis all goodexceptthe windshield, the frame looks good. The long 1/4 panel trim is with the car and it has the one piece bumpers front and rear. The Oldsmobile rims and tires are not included but it will have good roller tires for shipping. The four factory full disc wheel covers are included. This is a rare factory green car.
Overall:Just about every part for this car is reproduced so restoration is straight forward. This car needs everything redone but 59 Impalas are breaking the bank so if your looking to get into a 59 that isaffordableand that you can build your way, then this my be the car for you. I am offering this car unreserved with a low starting bid because I'm serious about selling it, so please don't bid if you are notcertainyou can complete the sale. The car is being sold on a bill of sale.
Location and Shipping:The car is located in British Columbia Canada about five hours from the Washington border. If a US buyer buys this car I will help with arranging shipping and with the paperwork as I am very familiar with the process. If you are looking for a quote on shipping this takes some time and I will only do this for the winning bidder, however, I can ship the the car to Blaine Washington for 500.00 and you can arrange the rest or pick it up there. There is a no duty on this car if it is imported to the US.
Payment:I make no exceptions on payment, it is due in full within 5 days of the end of the auction by paying cash in person or by bank wire transfer or e-transfer. No money orders or any other methods will be accepted. I find this is the safest way for both the buyer and me as there is a complete bank record of the transaction.
If you have any questions please send me an email or call 250-515-1110 I am often out of the cellular service area but if you leave a message I will call you back as soon as I can.
Scammers: I have heard it all before don't waste my time.
Good luck and thanks for looking
