complete description: Engine- New MKVI 454 roller block bored .030' over, Energy suspension poly motor mounts, custom turn buckle engine tie down bracket, Scat 4.25" stroke 4340 steel crank and rods, custom Weisco forged aluminum pistons(10.1 Compression with head combination), Mellings high volume oil pump, Comp Cams custom 710/710 lift solid roller cam(cam card info available needed), Clotyes double roller timing set with Torrington Bearings, custom polished aluminum timing cover, Edelbrock polished high volume water pump, ATI Super Dampener, Holley 170GPH mechanical fuel pump with matching dual feed adjustable fuel pressure regulator(fuel line including tank pickup is 1/2"), AFR 315CNC rectangular port heads, ceramic coated Edelbrock 454R intake manifold for 4500 series carbs, AED Pro-Street 1050 Dominator carb, custom 16" air cleaner assembly( flows way more than carb will ever use), Comp Cams Pro-Magnum roller rockers, and engine made 534HP at the wheels on a chassis dyno with a 700R4 tranny(it now has a turbo 400). Transmission- a locally built basically stock turbo 400 with some neat tricks, JW Ultra Bell scatter shield, JW aluminum reverse manual valve body, SFI tranny shield, Strange 4340 slip yoke, TCI poly trans mount, G-Tek crossmember, and a Midwest Converters Pro-Series 4,000 stall converter. Driveshaft- locally built by Standard Parts out of Chesapeake out of high strength steel(told me I can't break it even with a 350 shot of nitrous), with Spicer 1350 series u-joints. Rear-end- stock GM 12 bolt housing with tubes welded, US Gear 33 spline forged axles, Mark Williams forged pinion yoke, Tom's axles weld on housing ends with Torrington bearings, custom build Eaton posi by Tom's axles(no springs), and a US Gear/Strange 4.11 ring and pinion. Suspension- QA1 24 adjustable front shocks, QA1 12 way adjustable rear shocks, Hotchkis springs, fat G-Tech sway bars, IMCO forged aluminum upper/lower control arms(uppers are adjustable), newer stock body bushings, and newer MOOG front suspension. Wheels- Centerline Telstar, 15x7 with 4" of b/s in front, 15x8" with 5" of b/s on the rear. Tires- BFG Radial T/A tires up front size P235/60/15, BFG Radial T/A tire on the rear size 275/60/15. Interior- stock dash in excellent condition with even a 8-track tape deck, newer carpeting in excellent condition, new stock cloth seat covers, new stock headliner, and excellent newer package tray. Trunk- show room new with pad, new spare tire, complete jack, and matching spare tire cover. Body- 100% original sheet metal with no rust ever, 4" fiberglass cowl hood paint matched to car with custom factory rear trim. Paint- above average with one repaint in the factory 1972 gulf green in base coat clear coat in 1999 and still shows very well. Trim/Bright work- All, but lower trim and wheel well moldings are original and in excellent condition, lower trim is reproduction in excellent condition, and the wheel well moldings are newer NOS and in excellent condition. This car was appraised at $45,000.00 in 2006 with the stock hood and original interior. It should appraise the same or highernow.
