Up for sale is a very nice 1970 C10 short bed truck. The builder of this truck changed the front end to the 68 styles which looks great! This truck has been restored a few years and has had approx 12k miles placed on it around town and at local shows. This is a nice driver quality truck that you'll enjoy and be proud to show off at local car shows and cruises. It has been garage kept since its completion and still shows well!
This truck is finished is beautiful torch red paint and has had all new chrome lights lenses emblems bezels etc It is riding on brand new 17 wheels with new tires. The paint is slick and has a deep shine and the body looks great and has no signs of rust.
The interior is clean throughout and looks great also. New seat cover carpet door panels dash pad and wood wheel.
The engine compartment is very nicely detailed and is stuffed with a 396 BigBlock engine and offers power steering and power disc brakes. It has an automatic transmission and stock rear end with approx a 3:55 gear ratio. The engine is a good stock built motor built to drive sounds great has a nice deep rumble and runs fine on pump gas. This truck rides and drives great, It is smooth and tight and has no known mechanical problems. I have been riding this truck around town locally myself and have had it to a few local cruise ins and shows It really gets a lot of attention and thumbs ups!
The underside is solid and clean not overly detailed but nice driver quality.
Lights, wipers signals heater work properly and its a really good truck but we all know these old trucks/cars are always in need of something..... Here is what I have found this truck will need some attention with.... The emergency brake does not work, The horn does not blow and the radio doesn't work.
