The car’s production date is May 24 1967. NCRS Shipping Data Report comes with the car. The car was originally delivered to Polk Chevrolet in Baton Rouge Louisiana. The car is believed to be a 5 owner car. It remained in Louisiana with the first three owners until 1999. It then went to Oklahoma City and then Albuquerque New Mexico with the 4th owner. I purchased the car about 15 months ago but health issues are forcing me to sell the car at this time.

Documentation
