Considered the junior Cadillac to consumers, it possessed the classic 1950’s rear fins, plenty of trim to polish from front to back, and a very handsome look overall! Chevrolet called it “Sweet, Smooth, and Sassy!” in their advertising copy. Words that continue to ring true today, and a perfect embodiment of young mid-Fifties America!

We are delighted to offer this 1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Convertible finished in factory correct Matador Red (802) over code correct Red & Silver interior (683) and White convertible top! This nicely optioned example comes with all the desired equipment including a 283ci-4V V8 Power Pack engine, Powerglide automatic transmission, and original rear end fitted with 3.36 gearing! Options include power convertible top, 14” wheels with full spinner wheel covers, BF Goodrich Silvertown 4-ply wide whitewall radial tires measuring 7.50×14, factory power brakes, power steering, rear continental kit, tinted windshield & side glass, front bumper guards, rear fender skirts, rocker trim, rear trunk lid trim, dual exhaust with chrome tips, electric wipers, working original Wonderbar AM radio with front fender-mounted antenna, functional electric clock, reverse lights, carpeted floor mats, and so much more!

The full body-off restoration of this example was completed with superb results!
