Description:

1952 Chevrolet Other Pickups

1952 Chevrolet 3100 pickup truck. 5 window cab. Original Colorado truck. It has235 CI 6 cylinder engine with original torque tube driveline and 4 speed transmission. The engine is not the original to this truck. Mileage is unknown but I had to put something in the box. I have had fun with it but it's time to go.

The good:

It's a 5 window original Colorado truck. New 16" Wheelsmith black powder coated wheels with reproduction hubcaps. Good tires.Rebuilt radiator. AM/FM radio. Converted to 12 volt. Has working lights and turn signals. Newer battery. Newer muffler and exhaust. Not any significant rust that I can see. It runs, drives and stops. I do drive it on the road, but it is slow. It has other new odds and ends.

The bad:

It's pretty straight buthas dents and dings being an old truck. The gas gauge, wipers and horn do not work. Drivers door has new hinges but still bind a a bit when closing. I think the door needs shims. Not sure though. Someone painted it burgundy or maroon. Definitely an old amateur paint job. Maybe even be with a brush. It's hard to tell. Bed wood is old. I think it may need a clutch at some point. It shifts and drives okay. It has patch in the floor.Passenger side window is cracked ( I have the new window glass for it and you can have it). It isan old truck.

I have an extra set of wheels and hubcaps that came with it when I bought it. You can have those with the sale. They are in the bed of the truck in one of the photos.

If you are looking at this ad then I'm guessing you know about old trucks. This is an old truck and it drives like one. You can drive it on the road and enjoy it, but it is an unrestored truck made 64 years ago. It rides, steers, and stops like an old truck. Please look over the photos. It is what it is.

I would not recommend driving this long distance to your house etc. I can hold it for a reasonable time and help you get it loaded. I don't want to trade anything for it.

I have a clear Colorado title in my name. Buyer needs to make a PayPal deposit of $1000.00 within48 hours of the auction ending. No warranty expressed or implied. Sold as is where is. I have tried to describe this as accurately as possible and list the things I know may need attention. Thanks for looking.

I added a photo of the truck when it had the other wheels on it which are included.

I was asked where the patch is. It is on the passenger side and shown in the photo in the ad. It is behind the battery access door which you can see in the photo.
