1955 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210

A great project to use that income tax refund on - 1955 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 dr hardtop loaded withALL the outer stainless trim, nd that really makes these stand out! Too many projects and decided to let this one go.Body wasmade over many years ago, nd I was told it was raced on the drag strips back in the day with a 396 BBC. Car was sitting in a shed in WI and found by the guy I bought it from.

It is running/driving/stopping, ut isreally notroadworthy yet. It is just basic wired to run - no lights or gauges hooked up yet. Needs some body sheet metal work, ut have what is needed. Rear wheel wellradius just rough cut in right now. Floor pans, ockers and most floor braces are shot and need repair or replacing. Door bottoms/seams in nice shape yet(see pic).I installed a new master cylinder, ew rearwheel cylinders and many new brake lines - front brakes need going over yet - I have new wheel cylinders that will go with. New fuel tank and sending unit and new aluminum radiator.

Snappy 283 withjust acouple thousandon a rebuild - bit of a cam, ew headers, 0's Vette heads and intake, olished Holley 4 bbl.Runs real good and strong with straight pipe dual exhaust, eeds final tuning/dialing in. Saginaw 3 speed with new shifter, tock open rear end(think it's 3.55).

Front bucketseatsfrom a 67 Camaro. Rear seat out of a 60's Pontiac and fits in perfect.

Driver's door glass is busted. There is a replacement door glass for it thatyou can see in the pics. Rest of the glass is decent and useable but not all perfect.

Clear bonded MN title in my name. Title matches door tag that is still intact. Please ask all questions before bidding.Remember, his is a project that needs work yet.
