Up for bid is a full custom 2wd conversion 1972 Chevy K/5 Blazer in daily driver condition. The body is a satin black with all the trim and side markers shaved clean. Small chips can be seen in the paint and the rockers need work (seepictures) just like the majority of the c10's of this era. The driver's side window regulator does not hold the window in the track but the window goes up and down just fine. The removable white single wall top is in decent condition but needs some attention to be 100%. Under the hood is a nice 350ci v-8 with an Edelbrock high performance four barrel carburetor with an electric choke attached to an Edelbrock rpm performer intake manifold. Edelbrock valve covers installed to match on top of the heads gm uses on their performance crate engines. H.E.I. ignition with new 8mm plug wires. Up front is a pro cool aluminum radiator. The exhaust starts with a nice set of rams horn manifolds to a true dual exhaust exiting a pair of dual chamber high flow mufflers. The 350ci small block is attached to a strong th350. Putting the power to the rear wheels is a 12 bolt rear end with 3.40 gears that are the perfect balance between performance and economy for the highway. The wheels are 20"x8" up front and 20"x10" in the rear with nitto nt421 tires. 255/45/20 in front and 275/45/20 out back. The suspension starts with factory 2wd c10 front suspension with disc brakes. Up front is a pair of dominator airbags and 2" drop spindles. In the rear is a heidts 4 link and c notched frame with firestone f9000 bags that ride great. The full air ride suspension is controlled by the top of the line accuair system with elevel. No other air management comes close in quality and reliability. Supplying the air to the 5gal. aluminum tank are dual viair 444 air compressors. The interior has retained the factory look with the black cst bucket seats and rear bench with matching scroll patterns on the door panels and interior bed sides. The dash is painted a nice red to contrast the satin black exterior. Factory tilt column and gauges were kept with the addition of an aftermarket tach. The truck is a factory a/c truck, ut that has been removed except for the controls on the dash. The removed a/c components will be included with the sale. Overall, his is a great looking fun to drive truck that gets lots of attention every time I drive it.
