The body work is laser straight and the paint is excellent with a bright white gloss base and newer gloss gray 2-tone top. As to be expected with nearly 20-year-old paint there's a few very minor blister areas keeping it out of the pristine category but still very show worthy paint. Original brightwork on the car is extremely nice and the bumpers and grille were recently upgraded with new high quality replacements. The interior is simple and clean with black vinyl stock seats recovered during the original restoration with more recent updates including black square weave carpet steering column and gauges. If you're looking for a very spirited and unique tri-5 to go drive like a pro-touring hot rod should be... this is your car. The Holley carb has been dyno tuned so this 383 fires off effortlessly with a tap of the key and runs out flawlessly. And of course no pro-touring car would be complete without a lumpy cam and aggressive exhaust this one has that sweet combination that we have all come to love. The electrical system is tidy and everything works like it should right down to the dome light. All of the fresh modern mechanical upgrades make this '55 an absolute blast to go drive like it's a late model Corvette with the reliability and safety to match. Complete with a binder full of thousands of dollars in receipts records manuals and build documents. Don't miss this one!
