1968 Chevrolet Chevelle

This car has body filler in places as well as cracks in body work where filler was applied prior to my ownership. This can be seen just below the rear window/sail panel in the pictures. The car has a 10 bolt differential. Below is a list of things that I did to the car. Engine: the original engine was not with the car: rebuilt a 454 CID 30 over · New Eagle Crankshaft. Eagle H-beam connecting rods. J&E forged pistons. Comp Cams “Extreme” hydraulic roller and Comp lifters. Scorpion 1. 7:1 roller rockers. Edelbrock dual plane Air Gap intake. Edelbrock Victor series water pump. ARP fasteners inside and out. MSD Street Fire distributor & bronze gear. ceramic Hooker Super Completion headers. Stef’s aluminum oil pan. Holley 130 gpm mechanical fuel pump. 3/8 moly pushrods. O-ring head gaskets. true double roller timing chain. Chevrolet (GM) cast aluminum valve covers. Hays Street fighter flywheel. hardened valve seats. bronze valve guides. Comp cam valve springs. port work on the heads. Speed Pro piston rings. 8” Power Bond harmonic balancer. Lokar oil dipstick. bronze tip fuel pump push rod. Quick Fuel 850CFM mechanical secondary gas drag series carburetor. Center Force 11” (10 spline) dual friction clutch and pressure plate assembly. along with other items Transmission · Muncie 4-speed-not original Car enhancements · New idler arm. new inner & outer tie rod ends &adjuster sleeve. new center link. upper and lower ball joints. Energy Suspension motor mounts-control arm-stabilizer bushings-upper & lower bump stops. KYB Gas-A-Just front shocks. front disc brake conversion. all brake lines replaced (Right Stuff). new carpet · Also comes with car –not yet installed: new aftermarket brake booster (Delco Markings). master cylinder. and emergency brake cable and hardware Wheels and tires · American Racing Torq-Thurst II 15x10’s rear & 15x8 front with Mickey Thompson ET Street radials 28x12 and 26x10The transmission can use some work. but it still functions fine. Additionally. for those of you that may wonder why the flatbed. the car was being moved from a storage warehouse to another facility and there will additional pictures coming. One of the pictures show the car with the rally wheels and the other shows the car with the Touq-Thrust wheels. Lastly. the head liner is in bad shape. the interior needs to be replaced. and the front buckets are white while the interior is black.
