Description:

1967 Cadillac Fleetwood 75 Limo

Up for sale is a 1967 Cadillac Fleetwood 75 Limousine. This massive Caddy has rear "jump seats" that flip down onto the floor when not in use as well as a power glass partition. It is just over 20 feet long and weighs as much as a fully loaded pickup truck.
Very minimal rust aside from the bottoms of the front fenders. The under-side of the car must have been coated or treated as it is rust free and in very good shape for its age. No issues with the floor or trunk. The outside of the car has some dents and scratches, but is very solid. I believe the top post of the left front door is broken. There is a crack in the pot metal frame, but the door and window works just fine. Even the bumpers and grill are in good shape.
I purchased the car a few years ago non-running. Somebody had replaced the 429 with a 472 engin, HEI ignition and I believe a TH400 trans, but gave up in the middle of it. I've put quite a few miles on it around town and driving it to work and back. It could use some carb work, needs a throttle linkage/cable, and needs exhaust, but seems to run pretty decent. I have not had it on the highway and it should be trailered upon pick up. The car is just too big to store and I'm trying to move on with other projects.
The inside is in decent shape as well. The seats could use re-covered, but aren't tore up like most cars. Front and rear climate controls are both inoperative. I think there are some vacuum parts missing, but I never looked into it. The blower motor is switched for defrost/heat however. All windows work, as does the partition last I used it.
This car is in my family business' name: Four Guys Auto in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. It will be sold through this dealership AS-IS with no warranties expressed or implied. I've done my best to describe this. More information or photos can be available on request.
BONUS!!! The reserve is at $4,000. Buy this car and I'll throw in the 1968 Cadillac Eldorado that I used for parts to get it running (blueish one in the pictures). It ran when parked, but had possible mechanical damage to the engine. The rest of the car is complete and has been sitting for a few years outside. The 472 in the limo looks like it was from a 68 Eldo based on the casting numbers on the block. This parts car is complete with engine and trans. I mainly took some carb and engine parts, steering column, and other little things off to get the limo going.
I've been told there's a "Count" on the West Coast thats looking for a 67 Limo by a few people. The original seller of this car alleged that this was supposed to be shipped to Vegas before I bought it. I don't know anything about all that, but it would be cool to see somebody finish this huge car and enjoy it.
