Description:

1956 Cadillac DeVille

We have a nice all there car. Interior was replaced along with the floor pans that had some rust. Replaced front and rear window gaskets along with the rear wing gaskets. Have the new front wing window gaskets in the trunk. The engine was rebuilt in the late 70's but was never finished because the owner had passed away. All the heater hoses were replaced. The brakes were gone through. New flex lines, wheel cylinders and shoes as needed. New gas tank installed Interior was replaced. Has all original drive train. One of the coolest things is it has the refrigeration system in the trunk with the clear a/c tubes running to the headliner from the rear deck and the cooling vents above each seat. The electrical will need a little tlc. I think the electrical needs grounding straps installed. Unfortunately electrical is my weak spot. This car is driven weekly, not a garage queen.
The car was originally given away in 1956 in a raffle. Still have those poster boards that were used to sell those tickets.
The car is old and has some dents and dings which can be seen in the pictures. The car looks like it was repainted way back in the 70's. If you want more pics, please feel free to inquire about those.
