1970 Cadillac EldoradoThe 8.2 litre Debut. Most of us are use to the Smokey and the Bandit boss hogg Cadillac look, but we rarely see this one on the Street. That is what make this one A SPECIAL TRUE HEAD TURNER STYLE. When i was searching for this style of Cadillac it was very few and none with a factory sunroof. Well i have it and it could be yours. I'm selling this Cadillac Eldorado because other obligations arose and i realize this isn't the time for me to have this rare Classic.
This is an Dark Blue with Blue interior seats and panels. This color combination is also hard to get. The Cadillac runs and drives and floats on the highway with 400 horsepower hitting the gas and passing new model cars is exciting as they try to catch up and give the thumbs up. The Cadillac isn't perfect it has it cosmetic and mechanical flaws that are fixable which was my goal until other personal obligations arose.
The body is straight and solid. It has minor rust underneath the vinyl top and the driver's side pillar. I was planning on getting the whole car painted anyway 2k. It has an single exhaust and i was planning getting dual exhaust from headers on back which was $500. I was going to replace the points with electronic ignition w/new plugs and wires which was $200. The sunroof motor is working but the belts need to be replace to make it operational another $200. Then you have $100 detailing. The tires are in good conditon and i was planning on getting wide white walls another $600. Total $3600 to make this car a 25k to 30k Classic.
I've laid it out and if you can handle those little things like Gas Monkey Garage then you will have a rare desirable classic which i am unable to do at this time.
Thank you for looking.
