1991 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham d'Elegance Sedan 4-Door

This Cadillac has the original Pearl Blue paint, Blue Carpet and Blue Leather seats, as stated, the seats show signs of drying and need conditioned, the drivers seat has a small tear, Carpet is in good shape, to my knowledge this car has and is garage kept.
There is no rust under the vinyl top any where. I've replace the heater core, high pressure power steering hose, and had the cowl resealed. The car is smoke free, no odor of anyone smoking ever in this car.
Right passenger Door needs a power door actuator, The rear passenger door window is slow to go up will take several try's to get it up. Front seats more than the rear show signs of drying, and the drivers seat has a small tear. The power antenna does not go up or down. Rubber around the tag is broken and very fragile. The seats need a good leather oil treatment

I may in error stated the car if FWD, when it may actually be RWD, I also see sometime when I drive the car, a small amount of water seepage, but haven't be able to determine where it comes from, does not seem to lower the radiator water.
