Up for Sale is an exceptionally clean, One Owner Brougham that has been garage kept from day 1 of it's life. It was ordered new 5/4/90locally from Shirey Cadillac, Inc. It's owner was a94 year old gentleman that bought this Cadillac as his retirement present to he and his wife. I recently acquired the car from his family, as the car has been driven onlya few hundred miles per year over the past few years. Rarely has it seen rain or snow I am told. I have all of the purchase documentation, owners manualsand service records back to the 1st oil change. It has always beenchanged every year or 2,500 miles.
The car has 5 new radial tires, new alternator, new brakes all around and exhaust pipes, muffler and resonator from the catalytic convertor back. All new hoses, clampsand belts under the hood, the front Wheel bearings were repacked and a new battery, too. No leaks or drips. No chips in the windshield or pitting on any of the chrome or trim. Even the OEM floor mats are very nice.
The car shows almost asnew inside and out with only the C on the Cadillac trunk emblem broken. I have a NOS emblem on order to correct it. Feel free to call Keith with any questions. an accident in the local post office parking lot occurred in 2011. Rear bumper was damaged. A new right rear bumper end and all of the rubber fender extensions around the car that you sometimes see decaying with age were all replaced at that time. A beautiful fitment to the replacements. FYI.

Every feature on the car works normally. All switches, stereo and power antenna, Air Conditioning and there was a transmission fluid and filter change done. The car needs nothing done to itat this time.
