Price: - Item location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States
Description:

1972 Buick Riviera GS

Vehicle has been in a field for 18 years. Body has plenty of rust, ome body/bumper damage and the paint is history. Interior is also in very poor shape. Drivers side window came down at some point while sitting, o everything soft inside the cab is pretty well damaged. Both bumpers are a bit tweaked and it has dings on the trunk and fender. One fender doesn't match. All glass is present and in good shape. Engine and transmission are in running order. Daily driver? No, ut running. Put fresh tires, attery, tarter, as, rans fluid, nd oil and she fired right up. Took it out on the street and ran through the gears with no problems. Has the usual leaks and such from sitting for a long time, ut a solid project car for restoration or a really great parts car.
Here is an address to a video with a walk around the car, nd starting it up.Here is the Video.
Story:Bought it in 1997 from the auction in Reno NV, rove it for about 2 moths while serving in the Marines. Came back and the starter was gone and didn't have time to fix it while home on leave. Always wanted to fix it up, ut lost the place I had to store it. I love this car, t has neat ideas I have never seen in another car. (muscle luxury, antennasin the windshield, nd such great lines. So fast so smooth, uch an odd floaty ride.)
At this point its chasing kids and camping for me. No time to restore a car I have no place to store and the kids can't enjoy!
