Up for consideration is a 1979 Buick Electra Limited. 100k. Garaged and elderly owned the majority of it's life. Never seen salt. Frame and body solid. Original paint and vynil top. Definitely restoration worthy. Several receipts for repairs I've done over time. Brand new front end repairs...Bushings, ball joints, struts, brakes, tune up,transmission flush, have all been performed in the proper intervals. This vehicle has the 350 Buick engine and factory transmission. As you can see in the video, it runs like a Swiss timepiece! Win this vehicle, hop in and drive to Las Vegas without any issue! That's how confidant I am in this time capsule gem of a vehicle! I'd be willing to bet limbs!! I'm kidding, I need those...But you catch my drift right?
So, to enlighten you guys even further about this car, all the interior lights work. All the power windows work. There are no electrical issues whatsoever..There is a small section in the passenger side quarter panel in the rear that needs body work,kinda bubbling a little,and there is a hairline crack in the windshield, but for the most part, this whole car is solid!! You may need front tires,also rear bumper fillers for each side.The chrome bumpers are solid and still retain a good shine to be 40 years old. Like I said...SOLID!! Bid with confidence! You won't be disappointed! Every time I pull into the gas station,even if I'm in a hurry, I prepare myself for the 'Reminiscing Tire-kickers' that wanna strike up a conversation about how 'They had one of these in high school', or 'I first met my Wife' when I had one of those. The smiles these old cars put on peoples' faces really make my day, and owning this vehicle will hopefully make yours. I have to liquidate a few of my toys and make room for my '70 Chevelle I'm preparing to restore, so my loss is your gain. I pray my Buick goes to a good reliable home where it's truly brought back to life and not end up on the next episode of 'West Coast Customs'. God forbid! LOL!
