Known as the "Gentleman's Muscle Car," with the 430 cubic inch, 360 horsepower 475 ft pounds torque 10:25 compression ratio V8 engine and TH400 transmission. Strong running Buick!
I have the original Protect-O-Plate, glove box brochures, bill of sale, keys and sales brochures.
This is an unrestored, 100% bumper to bumper original car. The speedometer shows 77360 miles, believed to be actual. It performs and handles beautifully at all speeds. Factory air conditioning works fine. New compressor recently. Engine tune, brakes, exhaust and cooling system are excellent. Driven on 90 degree days here without problems.
Purchased from original owner last year, I have driven over 800 trouble free miles in all seasons. All die cast metal (there is a lot) is in very good or excellent condition. All stainless trim is excellent. Front bumper has no damage with very good chrome and bumper pads at both ends. Rear bumper has dent below left tail lamp otherwise very good. Factory chrome Wildcat wheels are extremely good, minor pitting, excellent chrome, correct center caps.
All original paint, original vinyl roof cover. Minor rust lower right fender and both right and left quarter panels at wheel opening and rocker molding points. Minor rust under vinyl top right and left lower at back glass (tried to show in pictures.) Original paint no cracking or checking just forty eight years old, shows fine. Glass is tinted and excellent.
Interior is all original, no cracks in dash, dash chrome and trim very good. Headliner perfect. Carpets original with minimal wear. Rear seat excellent, front seat has splits in vinyl on drivers side only. Door and quarter trims perfect.
Equipment: power steering and brakes, power windows, power antenna (inop). Factory air conditioning, am/fm radio with rear speaker, rear window defog, remote outside drivers mirror (no pitting), Buick floor mats, courtesy lights, clock, pinstripe and original door edge guards.
This Buick was heavily undercoated when new and always garaged by the original owners.
