Offered here is a spectacular and original 1958 Buick Limited finished in its original Laural Mist paint with an amazingly preserved all original interior in black and silver. Aside from mechanical work. the only restoration work this car has ever had is a repaint to the coves and the lower rocker panels where there were numerous paint chips and blemishes. The chrome is in excellent condition. the orignal paint very nice. and the interior is fabulous. The car was stored in a windowless basement for decades. and this accounts for its state of preservation. I am a big fan of the '58 Buick. and this is one of the nicest unmolested examples I have ever seen. Look at the many photos carefully. and I think you'll agree it's pretty amazing. This lovely Limited runs. rides and drives very nicely. The cosmetics all over are well preserved. A few of potmetal pieces have some minor pitting but overall the chrome is spectacular. Look at those lovely gravel shields and tail lights! There is no rust. other than surface rust underneath. anywhere in the car. and it was never undercoated. The interior is in excellent condition with no wilt to the original dash pad. no collapsing of the rear arm rests. no defects to the driver's door panel--all things one commonly sees on any Limited. Even the foam padding under the original carpet is still soft! The original headliner is lovely as are the visors. The car was originally on Air Poise suspension. and though it was converted to springs. the original owner saved the compressor and attached an air hose to it. so you'll never be disabled by a flat tire! All the accessories work on this car except for the gas gauge which registers full at all times. The only thing that might need attention on the car is the trunk liner which is soiled and somewhat worn. but the side cardboards are still beautiful.
