This outstanding 1972 BMW 2002tii "Roundie" Coupe was completely restored in 2008 and has been garage kept since the restoration. This model was originally built in late 1972 and first sold in early 1973. Finished in its original BMW color of Agave Green, the frame-up restoration included rebuilt 320i BMW Recaro front seat upgrade, covered in original Black OEM vinyl; rebuilt rear seats covered in original Black OEM vinyl; OEM BMW Black Euro carpeting; all new body seals and rubber; complete exterior and interior paint job, hand sanded and buffed; rebuilt 5 speed transmission;complete motor rebuild; new brakes;bilstein shock absorbers; pertronix ignition; re-chromed bumpers; new a/c, new rotary compressor, very cold.Minimal mileage since documented engine rebuild. The odometer shows 4200 miles.VIN # 2762946.
This car features roundie taillights; elongated bumpers; working sunroof; MOMO steering wheel; BMW style BBS basket weave wheels. All instruments function properly including the clock.Kenwood radio, Sirius and Ipod compatible.Car looks very original under the hood. Rust free body, interior and exterior are in excellent condition. Car starts easy and runs great.Everything on this car is in working order.
Included are the restoration records, all service records from 2008 on, owner's manual, jack and complete tool kit.
