1976 BMW 2002

This is a 1976 BMW 2002 that I bought in December of 2014. I put a few grand in it to get it running nicely as well as some cosmetic upgrades.
The good: New carburetor from Korman. New mechanical distributor installed by Eurowise. New spark plug wires and plugs. Refinished steering wheel that comes from a turbo model. 320Is sport recaro seats with custom seat rail adapters from Aardvark racing. Aluminum gas pedal from taylor supply. New balsa drivers side door card and new door hold open. Car runs awesomely, nd is a blast to drive.
The bad: (it's an old car, here will always be some bad) Some rust (show me a 2002 that doesn't have rust). Odometer does not work, o the original mileage is not known unfortunately. The speedometer and tachometer work, lthough since I have 15" wheels on the car, nd the car is calibrated for 13" wheels, he speedometer is off. Front windshield seal probably should be replaced but works ok. The horn is not hooked up, lthough it worked with the original steering wheel (included with the sale) so I think I just do not have it hooked up correctly. The paint is a late 90's job that is showing a lot of wear. There are some spider cracks in a few spots. It looks fine from 10 feet away
Fine print: If you are looking for a good looking and good running 2002 that you can drive while you do some restoration to it, his could be your car. It seriously is a blast to drive, hat little 2.0 liter in a 2200 pound car is a great combination! I bought the car from Vancouver Washington in December and had it shipped here. I had eurowise do some work to it a couple months ago to get the timing dialed in. They replaced the distributor and got rid of the problematic vacuum setup and went with a mechanical distributor. Car has a manual transmission. Title is free and clear.
THE BBS WHEELS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SALE. THEY ARE FOR SALE SEPARATELY. WE CAN INCLUDE THEM IN THE SALE FOR AN EXTRA $2000.
If you choose not to buy the BBS RS wheels, will include the wheels that came with the car, hich are a set of 14" Enkei mesh wheels.
