1980 BMW 633 CSi Coupe

Awesome Euro Sport Coupe you just dont see everyday on the road.
Arizona car minimal rust / still probably less rust on this car then
anything on ebay not restored. BUY 1 of our AZ vehicles and spend less time
repairing rust for weeks on end, nd keep more of the original sheetmetal
making your project worth more in the end and spending less money too.

ITS A DAILY DRIVER, ES ! hop in and fire it up and take it anywhere around in town
or out of town. This car has been a daily driver up till a few yrs ago when
It was parked when the owner bought an 850i and used this for his 2nd or
back up car. Last owner has had it over 20 yrs. Its not perfect but
then again, ts not restored 100% either.
Yes, t drives great and everything still seems to work like
it was meant to and its just a fun get around vehicle.

READ THRU A FEW PAGES OF OUR 100% feedback on cars we have sold.
We put more time and effort into our ads making it much
easier for the potential buyers to bid with confidence.
NOT MANY OF THESE left with original sheetmetal still like this one.
UN RESTORED SURVIVOR. Our auctions clearly show the most detail of what to expect
Over any other auctions Ive seen online. Buy with confidence !!

This Beemer has been in Az as far back as we can research and has
virtually no rust anywhere.
We try to show all the areas well in
the 100+ pics below.
Arizona cars are time capsules and the best kind of project to restore.
Its just a fact that the AZ dry desert climate is much nicer to our vehicles
sheetmetal, lthough at times the plastic, inyl and rubber take a beating.
DRIVETRAIN:
the 2.8 EFi straight six runs great and is the heart of the car.
Over 200 hp stoc, ts a blast to drive and the cars not been modded or
kid beat on its entire life, ut only adult owned. It would be interesting to see
how much more hp you could get out of the car with a few mods though.
The drivetrain in this car is all original and has been well kept up and
maintained for at least the last 15 yrs. The previous owner was a lawyer
and he kept up on all the repairs and maintance the car needed until
about a yr ago. The motor, rans, lutch and rearend are in great working
condition, his car runs and drives great around town or even more of a
blast on the hwy. The rear diff bushing did start getting noisy about 6 months
ago and because he never drove it much, idnt bother to get it fixed.
So you hear a clunk coming from the rearend whenever you take off from
a light or shift hard. Its not hurting anything, ut more so just annoying to
hear from time to time. I have a great mechanic who will do the repairs for
me if we want it done. So if the car sells and the winner wants me to get it
fixed prior to having the car shipped etc, mk and I can shoot you a price on
getting it done at my cost if you want. Winner would pay for the repair of course.

INTERIOR:
Really cool of course BMW 6 series leather interior, ell the front seats really
have seen better days due to their age and the Az sun. You can drive it just the
way it is, ut if you want to start restoring it, he front seats would be the first
place youd start by having them redone by a good upholstery shop. Rear seats
show some wear too, ut not near as bad. Dr side door panel pull has also come
loose. Not a huge repair, ut needs to be mentioned. All the glass is good and the
PWs all work fine. Window tint is in decent shape too and the sunroof works fine.
Very cool is the old school ALPINE cassette player, hich not sure if it works or
if just the speakers are not hooked up. A Blaupunkt would be a cool way to go for
a replacement maybe. Rest of the interior is in pretty nice shape for its age and
wouldnt need much more.

EXTERIOR: the original paint color is Sapphire Blue metallic and I do know it
did get a repaint about 10 or so yrs ago. They did a really nice job on it too but
the hood and roof are showing signs of clear coat peeling. Hard to see at some angles
but its there in person you can see it better. Body is really clean and dent free and
I dont see any signs of previous accidents or repairs. All the glass is good too and the
chrome and stainless on the car are on really nice shape. I did notice one dent in the
chrome around the pass side window, ou can kind of see it in the pics.
Dr side foglight is missing. The front spoiler could be Zender / BBS or OEM, ot exactly
sure, ut it looks great. If I kept it, d prob add a rear skirt and trunk lip spoiler to the
car for a more even look all around. And then Id lower it :)

SUSPENSION: basically bone stock suspension thats been taken careof over the years.
It drives and handles great !, .and fun to cruise around in. Struts feel fine
but again, hat 1 rear diff bushing is the only thing really making noise and should
be addressed first. The Michelin tires on the OEM BBS rims are almost new and only
have a few thousand miles on them. Chances are, omeone will put some 17 or 18"
wheels on it for fun and a more modern look, hat was my next step if I kept it.
And if I dont sell it, ts the next thing Id do after fixing the diff bushing.
Upper strut mounts feel solid and there is NO RUST anywhere under the car to worry
about.

Check out ALL the pics below ----->
If you see other auctions are not showing areas under their cars,
who really knows what sort of shape its in. Dont find out
the hard and $$ way. At least our auctions show as much
as possible to potential buyers and bidders. Its amazing to
see other auctions with small dark pics, cant imagine trying
to bid on a car without seeing pics like we do in our auctions.

it may take a full minute for them all to load ifyou have a
slow connection, o be patient AND looks for the extra scroll
bar on the right side.
Az gets maybe 12" a yr of rain and Az very dry climate.
more infoAFTER the pics etc. There are OVER 100 large pics below !!

One thing I did forget to mention was the O2 light on the dash warning systemis O, ust came on about a month ago, bought a new O2 for it, ut havent putin yet. Ill try to get it in before I sell the car, UT if I cant, ll make sure the newSensor will be in the glovebox for the new owner so they can install it themselves. At least you dont have to go out and buy it. The car runs fine as is, ven the gas
mileage pretty decent too.
