1991 BMW 3-Series E30

The car has been well preserved since i've owned it, always parked in a carport. I do not drive the car daily but only on weekends and special events. I have only put about 6k miles in the past 2+ years of ownership.
Pros:
Drivers seat was once reupholstered and remainder of interior is clean besides common crack in dash like most E30's.
Paint is still in really good condition for its age
AC blows cold, heater gets hot!
Brand new heckspoiler paint matched included but not installed.
Rust Free
15" OZ Alpina wheels with about 75-80% tread left with summer tires
IX body kit
Car comes with 2 sets of headlights stock US lights and Euro smiley
European front grill (L+R)
All electronics work (including sunroof)
Mishimoto performance radiator (picture uploaded is before cooling system was done, not current state)

Original jack but it is out of the vehicle.
Original 15" spare in trunk looks like never has been used
Ebrake, Rotors & Pads were changed recently

AWD system works with no issues all CV boots are good and rebuilt before i purchased the car
Both diff oil and trans gear oil were replaced
No modifications besides wheels, ALL STOCK.

Bmw premium sound with 2 10" Kicker sub and 1000w amp (wired but not plugged in)
Aftermarket exhaust sounds nice, not loud and obnoxious no drone at all.
The motor is strong and pulls nice and smooth

Ready to drive! Reg is paid for next owner and car will be smogged the day of sale. Current Reg ends September 2016. Title in hand.
Cons:
Minor clear peel starting to form.
Fender flares need to be repaint due to BMW making them plastic, they are faded.
Motor leaks little oil.
Timing belt looks fine with no cracks and pulleys make no noise but has not been changed for 3 years or so. To be safe would recommend changing the timing belt, water pump and thermostat which are included with the purchase of the vehicle.
Shock mounts front and rear needs to changed and 1 shock is leaking oil. Shock mount replacements and 2 brand new bilstein shocks are included with sale.
The climate control fan only works on #4 not 3, 2 or 1.
Switches for windows sometimes gets stuck.
Would recommend a suspension refresh with new control arms and tie rods. car comes with brand new BMW control arms and some suspension components.
the plastic door card is missing.
As work is getting busier and busier I unfortunately do not have time to work on the car otherwise a lot of the issues would have been addressed.
