This is an all original, 1989 325ix time capsule! 41k original miles, 10k of which have been put on the car in the last year by the 2nd owner. I have all the maintenance history, all the original paperwork and booklets. Recent work (last 20 miles) includes new front pads and rotors, new rear struts, and a complete tune up and oil service. A/C is still R12, and blows ICY cold, colder than my recently charged 1M. There are no oil or trans leaks of any kind. It runs great, shifts timely and smooth, brakes straight and confidently with no shimmy of any type. Viscous coupling works as new.....This car spent its whole life (Garaged) in Cambridge, and being a ctiy car, has some nicks and dings. Can be showroom condition with very little effort. There are some niggles, the tach is not functioning, neither is the auto antenna or coolant gauge. All super minor stuff. Car is inspected until 2017, and is nice and tight! They don't build them like this anymore folks, and parts for this car are DIRT CHEAP. Do not let the fact that it is a BMW worry you. There is one spot of rust on this car... only one. The bottom edge of the trunk area. See pictures here in the description section for the spots that may need attention.
