-The B Special No.1 is our homage to the racing pedigree of the Bentley Speed 6 immortalised in motoring history by Woolf Barnato, Henry Birkin and the Bentley Boys.

-The First car known currenlty as the "Old Number One" debuted as a factory race car in May 1929 for the first ever Brooklands Double Twelve, but the bodywork was changed by the factory in October of that year to a fishtail design and continued racing in this format until its disastrous crash in 1932 claiming the life of driver Clive Dufee.

-Our Bentley recreation is built on the strong foundation of the Bentley MK6 chassis utilzing the B series 8 cylinder engine, coachwork is a boattail aluminum body on a ash/tubular steel framework. The interior is finished in leather with an aluminum dashboard populated with recreated period instruments.
