1980 Austin Clubman

1980 Austin Mini Clubman, true example of the iconic British motoring legend. Built as a labor of love by an extremely passionate andseasoned Mini enthusiast with no restrictions andonly "the best of the best"- done the old school way. Finished in Renault Formula 1pearl yellowwith a white roof and a 30th anniversarypartial leather black interior. Bought in England by the previous owner in 2009 where a full, roper cosmetic restoration was doneprior to him bringing it into the US. All the original British documentation, lates are with the car along with a British Layland Heritage Certificate.

EXHAUST:
LCB header, tainless steel center pipe, RC 40" muffler.
GEARBOX:
Fully rebuilt A+Rod change by "Guessworks UK", .2 final drive, lose ratio (Clubman GT) fitted with S/GT laygear and S/GT 1st motion shaft 18 teeth (a + 18mm) X pin differential, ompetition factory lightened "EN8" pressure plate, actory lightened 3.2 lbs steel road spec flywheel with correct ring gear for later starter, .P. race clutch disk "Blue Dot" diaphragm, ew clutch master and slave cylinders fitted with "Goodrich" stainless flex hoses.
COOLING/HEATING:
3 Core "Rodded Out" copper/brass radiator, igh capacity "deep empeller" water pump, arger water pump pulley, ew "copper" heater core.
SUSPENSION/STEERING/BRAKES:
New (black) coil springs,"spax" adjustable shocks, y-lo height adjustable suspension, ront H.D arms fully adjustable (caster/camber/toe),"Superlite" 12 inch alloy wheels, e-built hubs with Timken bearings, lose ratio steering rack, enuine Rover C.V. pot joints. 7-Enteprises re-built calipers, .4 inch drilled/grooved rotors, BC green pads, inned rear alloy brake drums.
BODY/INTERIOR:
Body has been fully "Waxoiled" - absolutely solid with no rust, tainless steel wheel flares, 0 year aniversary half-leather interior, lloy covered wood dash with radio location andglove box (original radio delete plate included), switch dash, ew console, nderlay and carpet, il pressure gauge and tachometer added,fog anddriving lights integrated with original switch/harness, op-out rear windows, oof mounted antenna, port steering wheel.
Original 63,927 miles since new,new zero miles instrument cluster after completion of the mechanical restoration- 3,830 miles currently.
All receipts for parts andmachine work included.

The car presents excellent in all aspects, as minor imperfections as expectedfrom the 35 years of age and 6 years sincerestoration. It is an exceptional Mini built to the limit, y people with knowledge, apability and resources - very difficult to find/replicate today.
