This '59 Austin Healey BN-6 Two Seater was discovered in a Winston Salem, C Downtown office building around 2005 (for some reason it was on the 4th floor?) The full restoration was performed on this southern rust free car over the last six plus years. Tonneau Cover and Side Curtain Bag. The interior is finished in new Dark Blue leather with white piping, arpet set, oor panels, ash pad and trunk kit with spare and hold down leather strap. The external body panels were all removed, edia blasted, poxy primed and painted R&M Diamont (code CMX-M5276N) -- Stock #173097/ Standard polyurethane base coat/ clear coat for lasting durability. The frame, nter-structure and floor pans were in great shape and only needed detailing. Of course, ll brake & gas lines, oses, heel cylinder & shoes were replaced. The gas tank was replaced with a new sending unit, ump and related parts. New wiring harness was installed to the refurbished gauges, ew switches, iper motor, lectrical parts, ights and other systems. A single 12 volt battery replaced the original (2) 6 volt batteries. The engine compartment has been restored and detailed to look original. Most external parts have been replaced for looks, afety and reliability (plugs, ires, ap, otor, eater shutoff valve & more. The motor & overdrive were completely rebuilt while the transmission, -joints and rear end were cleaned, nspected and then improved as needed. A new clutch, ressure plate and throw out bearing were also replaced. The radiator was boiled out and pressure tested and new hoses, lamps & thermostat replaced. The complete front end was gone through and improvements made to bushing, earings, hocks, all joints and other parts replaced as needed. The starter, enerator, egulator and other miscellaneous electrical components rebuilt or new. The carburetors have been gone through and calibrated to start and run smooth. (May need fine tuning after break-in period). New chock, as and hood cables were installed. The finishing mechanical touch is the sound that is made by the new Stainless Steel Exhaust System. On the outside, ou will enjoy the straight body lines and excellent paint work. New bumpers, inges, andles, og lights/bar and badges shine brilliantly. The new windshield makes for a clear view of the road. A final alignment and balancing on new tires set on chrome/stainless spoke wheels with new "knock offs" make this Healey. This fine example of a rapidly appreciating classic has only about 100 test miles since completion. Please contact Kennith Stewart at 1-877-689-6930 for more information
