Description:

1969 AMC Hurst rambler Red, white, and blue

*Rare find! This is the real deal, one of only 72 B scheme 1969 Amc hurst ramblers. The original door tag has never been removed and it has the x behind the steering box. I had taken more pics but eBay only allows 24 at this time.
Up for auction is this rare 69 Amc rambler. This car is registered in the 1512 registry and according to the registry, of the 1512, there are only 243 A schemes and 72 b schemes still in existence.I have owned the car since 2005. It has 354 posi rear end, original disc brakes, and staggered shock torque links. The car has all it's original panels with the exception of drop in floor panels. Still retains its original rolled fenders. As you can see, I have had a lot done to it over the years. The car has been stripped to bare metal and professionally repainted inside and out, including the engine bay. Very good job "in my opinion”. It's not perfect, I would say a high quality driver. The body is very solid. The original engine has been freshly rebuilt and runs great, no miles on the engine. The original hurst competition shifter is still in it. Has new flapper door and actuator for ram air.The car has Coker red line tires on it that had about 500 previous miles on them before being put on the car, but still look new.I bought all new rubber for the car from Kennedy American in 2006, all included as seen in pic of bill. I do not have back windshield rubber, along with a few other pieces. I also have a box of new old stock wiring for glove compartment light that is included. I have back and front windows, that are included, along with both bumpers (will have to be rechromed.) I have the rear seat but not the front. The emblems for the car have been misplaced, but if found during the course of the auction will be included. The car runs but isn't driveable as it has no brakes at the moment. Most of the work has been done. It would not take much to finish. As there is a lot to cover, I'm sure I have missed a few things. Please give me a call at 478-220-1431 with any questions. The car can be seen in person with an appointment. Clear title in hand! Buyer arranges shipping or pickup and a deposit is due within 24 hours of auction ending via PayPal, no exceptions. The remainder must be paid within 7 days of auction ending. If you don't plan on following through with a bid, or don't plan to buy the car, please save us both the trouble, time, and hassle and don't place a bid. If you have a question call before bidding. If you are new to eBay call before placing a bid please. Thanks
