Description:

1966 AMC Other American 220 Rambler

Price has been dropped, car will NOT be relisted. 3 day auction after that no more trying to sell.
Up for auction is a 1966 AMC American 220 this car has a 232 inline 6 engine with automatic transmission. My top speed in car has been 70 MPH. Of course it does not have power steering, no heat & no air as far as I can tell this car didn't come with it. I believe it still has the original AM radio but it does not work. Has original hubcaps on all 4 wheels.
Previous owner had put in bucket seats for the front with I believe an original bench seat in the back. I have new carpet still in box which is included in sale. All glass is good, windows roll up and down like they are supposed to. Car does not have a headliner as you can see in pictures. Paint on the car is less then 6 or 8 months old.
I believe the wiper studs need to be replaced as I cannot get the arms to stay on. Wiper arms are in the trunk.
Has a car cover with it not waterproof just a cover.
Bubble light on top is new and works as it should.Has strobe lights in front signal lights.I have a siren that will go with the car its not hooked up.
I'm sure you know this is not and has never been an actual police car. It has never been on television. People like the car at parades and when they see me driving it out and about. Remember this car is almost 50 years old I have done as much as I possibly can to it with my limited car skills. It does have some rust underneath as shown in the picture.
Not selling because I want to or have to just have another project that I'm honestly more interested in. Car is located in Savannah, Tennessee I will accept CASH or a valid certified check from a bank. Check must clear before car leaves premises. Clear Tn title. This car is being sold as is where is with zero warranty of any kind. Car has been described to you as best as I possibly can.
