1959 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint

This Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint was acquired by the seller in 2010 from Canada. A Restoration was started by the seller including a bare metal repaint and several cosmetic alterations, modified suspension, upgraded brakes, and a number of custom structural reinforcements. A 2.0 liter twin cam aluminum has been fitted into the engine compartment with Weber carbs and custom headers. the Engine is matched to a 5 speed transimssion and limited slip differential. the Interior features new upholstery, Auto Meter gauges, 5 point harnesses and roll cage. This Sprint won best of Tipo 750's in 2012 at the Concorso Italiano. it is being offered with clean Oregon Title and sellerr can help with overseas shipping.The body was stripped to bare metal and repairs and upgrades were hand worked and repaired like at the factory. Pinch welds removed and smoothed,cosmetic modifications include removal of exterior trim front and rear bumpers, recessed licensed plate and lexan front and rear windscreens. the B pillar was enlarged to match the window opening and add strength. Then multiple coats of Vintage Racing red were added to the finished work.Koni adjustable shocks wee added along with a 1 inch sway bar and adjustable rear lower control arms. Toyo R888 tires are mounted to 15 inch Panasports wheels glass beaded and clear coated for a natural finish. 4 wheel disc brakes feature 10 inch Wilwood fronts ATE rears, and drilled and slotted rotors.The interior features a body colored dash and Nardi 3 spoke wheel. A chrome moly cage was fabricated with swing out door bars for easy access. Side glass was removed and the doors were capped to smooth the lines. Structural upgrades include custom floor pans, trunk pan, ATL fuel cell and Accusump, transmission tunnel, sill plates, driveline loops and subframe connectors.
