1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 454 Supercharged Restomod

How do you even begin to describe an all-out awesome build like this 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle? Do you start with the sleek paint? The huge investment in straight bodywork? The clean/coordinated interior? The show-worthy undercarriage? The supercharged big block pumping out serious street-eating muscle? There are just too many great details on this low-mileage build that you're just going to need to read all of this.
It's always more desirable when you can find a factory black muscle car, but that's just the beginning for this one. There was a serious investment in fully restoring this car, and that was less than 1,400 miles ago. So you see cleanliness everywhere, and it starts with the slick paint. It's deep, rich, sophisticated, and so well done that you almost can't resist running your fingers down its flanks just to see if it's still wet. And when you touch the white SS stripes, you'll likely not feel a thing because they are so well cleared into this package. This kind of quality shine is a central theme of this coupe. The bumpers have been polished to look like mirrors, all trim is in like-new condition, and even the headlights see to have an extra shine. But just because this coupe has been pampered, doesn't mean it has lost its aggressive muscle car attitude. The true cowl induction hood, hood pins, and wide dual exhaust tips keep this a street-eating machine. And those 15-inch Cragar wheels add to both the car's outstanding shine and overall muscle car appeal.
The interior has the same freshness of quality as the exterior. Plus, it's hard to resist a car where the white exterior stripes are a preview of the white upholstery inside. And the deep black on the carpeting and dash completes a well-coordinated package inside and out. The investments were all about keeping this looking vintage. So this is detail-oriented, right down to the trim on the seatbacks. Even the upgraded AM/FM digital tuner is a retro-style unit with a CD player discreetly mounted underneath. Bucket seats and a center console make sure this is a driver's car. The Chevy sports steering wheel (power steering) is mounted on a tilt column, so you get a clear view to the SS-style U14 gage package with large speedo and tach. And this pairs nicely with the Hurst shifter.
While the interior and exterior have been about a stock look, the engine bay never tries to hide its upgraded nature. When you pop the hood, there's a true beast inside. But it's also a beauty thanks to the low mileage freshness. The bold block and coordinating valve covers of the 454 cubic-inch V8 radiate within the darkness. And so do the polished pipes and housing for the Procharger supercharger. You've also got a Holley four-barrel carburetor, aluminum intake, and long tube headers feeding the Flowmaster dual exhaust. This monster motor is even supported by the right components - everything from an Optima red to battery to an Aeromotive fuel pump capable of supplying gas to even a 1,000 hp setup. You take firm control of the power with an AGE (Auto Gear Equipment) M22 four-speed built with a Centerforce Stage 2 HD clutch. That feeds a 12-bolt 3.55 Positraction rear end. Take some time to look at the undercarriage photos. You'll see this has the kind of glossy presentation that will have you putting a mirror under this at car shows. Plus, you'll spot great SS driving features, like the power front disc brakes, boxed rear arms, sway bars font & rear.
Complete with owner's manual, this is a fresh build that has never seen the rain. You can even still spot the correct tags on the suspension! So if you love award-worthy quality and dominating power, don't miss this Chevelle. Call now!
