After over 5 years and over 3000 hours, this one of a kind restomod is ready

This is a fully restored1979 Camaro with an LS1 5.7l Corvette engine. To make it
that little bit different from every other engine swapped car out there,
this one has a Corvette Independent Rear Suspension.
As custom as this car is,I designed it so that it is not just a
collection of custom parts. Beyond the mounts for the rear end,
almost any part can be sourced from local parts stores.
Has only 50 miles since finish of restore!! Miles will go up a little for test drives etc
Essentially a new car,built to be driven.
Engine came from a 1998Corvette, then...
was rebuilt with Factory New Block & Heads
Engine set back 1â€
Uses truck accessories
All accessories are new
All sensors are new
Fuel system is all new from fuel cap to injectors, including tank
Cooling system is all new, aluminum dual pass, dual electric fans
Professionally Rebuilt/Updated 4l60e, B&M Megashifter
Stainless headers with 2.5†dual all the way
New balanced driveshaft
Functioning CEL with OBD2 port in glove box
Onto the suspension...
Every bearing, bushing, seal, joint, and linkage are all new
Uses Poly bushings throughout front and rear
Steering gear and all tie rods, links, and arms are new
Rear diff is a Dana 44 “Super Dutyâ€, the one the Corvette guys upgrade to
3.07Gear with LSD
C4rear has been completely gone through, 62k miles original
All components have been cleaned, prepped, and painted with POR15
All hardware used is yellow zinc plated grade 8
Front uses all 1979 Camaro parts
Rear uses all 1985 Corvette parts, even the shocks
Full Laser Alignment

All new brakes from pedal to each wheel
New Master/Booster with proper valve for disc/disc
Uses Corvette rear discs
Now that beautiful body...
The only non-original panel is the hood, which is a new steel replacement.
All glass is new. Sunroof is new. Headliner is new.
Seats have been re-covered, original foam and structure
New carpet with the jute backing
New Pioneer system with door and rear panel speakers
Every single interior and exterior light is LED
Front and rear windshield trim is new
Entire underside coated with kevlar bedliner
All window, door, and trunk seals are new
New door cards with splash guards
New Marshall gauges in custom panel
New heater core and blower/resistor
New wheels and tires 17x7.5 front 17x8.5 rear
No Rust, No Filler, Just Steel
All in all, a car with modern technology wrapped up in a classic muscle body.
Every single part of the entire car has been gone through, under and inside look as good as the body
Car runs and drives excellent, and new for a Camaro: holds on in the bends.
