1973 Plymouth Barracuda 'Cuda

Real 1973 Plymouth 'Cuda 340 (#'s matching Canadian Car)

VIN: BS23H3B337086

This hard decision as been in the making for the past 3 years and we finally decided to proceed with selling our beloved 'Cuda which we've owned for the past 20 years because we are simply not using it enough due to our two young boys keeping us very busy!

This beautiful 73' 'Cuda 340 has undergone a complete rotisserie Restoration. We are the 5th owners of this Canadian car, it was first purchased new in Ottawa Ontario and stayed in the area its entire life. We acquired the car in 1999 with only 56000 original miles(pictures of the 'Cuda the way it was when we purchased it in orange are attached). We began restoration in 2000 restored the car over the following 4 years. Under the hood sits the original # matching block (bored.030") and original heads. In 2004 after driving it for that summer, we removed the A-833 4 - speed manual transmission setup along with the 4.56:1 rear gears and my husband built the original 727 and also installed new yukon 3.91:1 rear gears, this made the car a lot more enjoyable and streetable. The exterior has been finished in Sassy Grass Green code FJ6 and features 1971 340 billboard stripes and the 1970 A.A.R. Black hood, fender tops and door tops paint scheme. The underside is as nice and shiny as the top! The Interior was restored and features new carpeting, the headliner, door panels, dash pad remains original and in like new condition. As for the seats they were in nice condition but the vinyl was "dry rotted/brittle" so the upholstery was removed and Un-stiched. 3 longhorn hides of fine leather were used and the seats were redone to match the original pattern but in fine leather along with the late 60's Plymouth devil tail heart Logo in the seat headrest section. A roll cage was installed during the restoration and is covered in the same fine leather along with late 60's Barracuda fish logo's and the white Plymouth name. Due note that the roll cage can easily be removed if a new owner would wish to keep the interior stock. All work and restoration work was completed by us in our shop, only thing outsourced was the leather upholstery work and the engine Dyno tests/Pulls. This is one gorgeous 'Cuda built for show and go. Only the best of everything was used and high attention to detail to all work performed( My husband is ....real picky) Nothing on this car was altered that cannot be removed to return the car to 100% original if desired. This car comes with a ton of pictures of all work, awards, news paper articles, a ton of documentation including, original Broadcast sheet in superb condition, previous owners list, license bureau history information package, receipts of all parts that were purchased along with sketched of all parts which were custom made in the shop like the blower belt drive guard, etc. There is simply too much stuff to list here. the car needs nothing, simply turn key and go!

Note that our Black 1868 Charger seen in the photos is not for sale!.!..

1000$ deposit required once auction closes and is non refundable, rest of the balance to be received no more than 10 days after auction ends and prior to the vehicles pickup!

Lets not waste each others times, please serious bidders only. Once car is paid in full, We are willing to have the car remain in our shop for a delayed pickup or to assist in shipping arrangements.
