Up for auction is a beautiful 1991 Ford Bronco XLT 4x4 with just 137,900 miles. This truck is 100% rust free and is in original, unmolested condition. This Bronco is equipped with almost everyfactory option available for the year including power windows, power locks, A/C, cruise control, tilt wheel and push button 4x4. All of the power options are in working order aside from the A/C, which could use a charge.
The interior of this Bronco is in excellentcondition with very little wear. The dash is free of any cracking in the dash pad orplastic pieces and has not faded or become discolored from the sun. All of the gauges work and are in excellent condition. The factory leather wrapped steering wheel is in excellent shape with very minimal wear. Thecarpets are also in excellentconditionwithout any rips, tears, stains or burns and are plush like new. The front seats show wear consistent with the age and mileage of the truck, but do not have any rips or tears in the fabric. The driver's seat does have one small cigarette burn in the seat bottom, however the truck does not have any smoke odor. The rear seat is virtually perfect with no fading or wear. The tilt column does not have any excessive play as many of the trucks from this era do. An aftermarket Pioneer radio has been fitted along with new speakers, but no modifications have been made to the dash or door panels to accomodate these upgrades.
The exterior of this truck is beautiful. The two tone red and white paint shows incredibly well with a very deep shine. The truck was repainted once several years ago in the original colors. The paint has just a few very fine, nearly undetectable surface scratches here and there along with a few small nicks from driving. The passenger rear quarter panel has a very fine crack in the paint within the stepped body line as pictured. The removable top was also repainted and has some peeling on top from sun exposure. The body isextremely straight and both doors, the hood and tailgate open and close like a new car. The bodygaps are all very even andsymmetrical and the doors do not sag at all. This Bronco is completelyding and dent free aside from a ding underneath the passenger front headlight and some dents in the top of the tailgate as pictured. The undercarriage of this truck is very clean and solid with only minorsurface rust on the frame and suspension components. The windshield has two small road chips, but no cracks.
This truck runs and drives as well as it looks. The 5.0 302 V8 runs well with respectable power. The automatic overdrive transmission seems to shift as it should and goes in and out of overdrive well. This Bronco has a set of brand new 235/75/15 Goodyear Wrangler Radial tires with less than 500 miles on them. This Bronco cruises well and is a blast to drive.
