Description:

1990 Land Rover Defender

Ready to sell. NO RESERVE NO BS AUCTION.
This is a great candidate for a full restoration or its nice enough for an everyday driver as it sits. There are lots of Defender 90's on the road today but very few of the Trucks. This is a very rare item. It should be completely restored and would be a $40,000 to $50,000 truck if done correctly.
Located in GA welcome to come and test drive.
As an import EBay doesn't recognize the correct VIN:SALLDVAB8FA39862
This 1990 Land Rover Ninety was used by a horticulture business in Belgium and was recently imported to the United States by the selling dealer. The exterior is finished in red with Land Rover Turbo D graphics over a grey cloth interior, and a short pick-up style removable roof is equipped. The truck is powered by a 2.5-liter turbodiesel, and drive is sent to all four wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission, two speed transfer case, and dual locking differentials. An oil and filter change will be performed prior to delivery to the new owner. This Land Rover is offered by the selling dealer with a clean Georgia title.
The truck is finished in red with a bare aluminum tailgate and a grey pickup-style removable roof. Some fading of the finish is noted across the exterior, and the truck is equipped with off-white Land Rover Turbo D graphics. The truck retains folding side steps, a factory front bumper, and factory Land Rover badging.
Some minor corrosion is visible at the bottom of both doors, and a hole is shown at the rear corner of the passenger door adjacent to the inner panel. Steel wheels are finished in white, and are fitted with Michelin light truck tires. Its not a rust bucket but I want to set realistic expectations.

The interior features three-abreast seating, with grey cloth-upholstered seats, grey interior plastics, and rubber floor mats. Wear is visible in the upholstery, and the seat foam has collapsed in several places. The truck retains factory instrumentation, and a radio and speakers are mounted in the plastic dash. 244k kilometers (~152k miles) are shown on the mechanical odometer.

The truck is powered by a Land Rover 2.5-liter turbodiesel (19J) engine, which was derived from the earlier naturally-aspirated diesel and factory rated at 85 horsepower and 150 lb-ft of torque. Power is transmitted to all four wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission and a selectable transfer case and dual locking differentials.
For sell locally. This truck will sell this week. If you want to make a reasonable offer I'll consider ending the auction.
