Some information about the 1977 Corvette in general:

Power Windows, this is the "L48" 350 engine, and 3.36 rear axles. Everything works on the car (pop-up headlights, AC, etc.). The electro-mechanical clock on the dash doesn't keep good time but it still ticks. Records show the car was built Oct. 7, 1976 and was the 7,197th car off the production line. The standard rear end was a 3.55, so this car was equipped with the factory option giving a little better fuel economy and higher top speed.

The now desirable 4-speed standard transmission was rare in the 1977 model year. That model year produced over 50,000 cars, but only 2,060 were delivered with the standard transmission, and only 972 were delivered with the optional 3.36 rear end. So it is a relatively rare combination.

Most of the maintenance was done at the Corvette Center in Newington, or the Corvette Connection in Bolton. We haven't put a lot of miles on the car over the years, but we have kept up with all the maintenance. In the last 10,000 miles or so the car has had:

New motor mounts, transmission mounts, harmonic balancer, timing chain, sprockets, fuel hoses, belts, rear main seal, oil pan gasket, radiator, calipers, master cylinder, carpets, rear luggage door assembly, NOS emblems/flags/script, thermostat and housing, charcoal canister and thermal vacuum actuator, heater hoses, fuel pump, starter, tune-ups (cap/rotor/wires/plugs), door weather-stripping, rear spring, ball joints, power steering piston, sway bar links, alignment, water pump.

The car is well maintained, has always been garaged, nice looking original paint, and fun to drive. The chrome and aluminum is in good shape and shines.
