This 1962 Volkswagen Beetle comes very well presented. In 2012 this ORIGINAL CALIFORNIA car was stripped down completely and restored. After restoration this fun little Beetle sat in a climate controlled building and was hardly driven, but rather only started occasionally. All metal was in excellent condition and this car was an excellent candidate for restoration. The paint shows very well with very few visible blemishes. There are no visible signs of extensive body work or bondo. The floors are solid and restored condition. The interior is new and very near perfect with no tears or scuffs. Mechanically this vehicle is doing everything it should be. The engine and transmission were rebuilt in 2012 at the time of restoration. New clutch and brakes at the time of restoration. This car was professionally converted to 12-Volt at the time of restoration as well. All glass, seals, and weatherstripping are in excellent condition. All stainless, trim, and chrome show very well. Upon arrival to our shop, this car was checked out completely and passed with flying colors. All instruments are working as they should. This little showstopper is ready to be driven anywhere.
